Our Partners

Our partners are fellow gardeners in this sacred work — nurturing the soil, tending the roots, and helping mothers and families flourish. To learn more about their services or explore partnership opportunities, don’t hesitate to reach out to them directly.

Heart Driven Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Jordann Loehr

Dr. Loehr is an obstetrician gynecologist with a medical practice in the Yakima Valley. Her practice, Heart Driven Obstetrics, has a collaborative relationship with us. Dr. Loehr runs her own practice and welcomes Ttáwax̲t clients to her Zillah clinic for collaborative services.

Please note: Anyone needing medical care should reach out to her directly, as patients must be in her system. We’re partners, but we operate independently.

Nurse Family Partnership

As a program under the Children’s Village, the Nurse Family Partnership provides a specially trained nurse to help first-time parenting families during pregnancy and after the baby is born, through the baby’s second birthday.

Please note: Anyone needing care from the Nurse Family Partnership should reach out to the Children’s Village directly. We’re partners, but we operate independently.

Campbell Farm

The Campbell Farm is a nonprofit organization on the Yakama Nation Reservation in Wapato. The farm has been a crossroads where community comes together, and where families and children are safe and cared for — regardless of background, religion, or tribal affiliation. They come to share a good meal, to rest, to receive support, and to build connection. Ttáwax̲t was located at the Campbell Farm for many years. Our work with them continues in other ways and is grounded in a relationship that feels like family.

Twálatin (Gregory Sutterlict) and Regan Anderson

Twálatin and Regan are Ichishkíin language teachers, linguists, and researchers who are committed to preserving and revitalizing Indigenous languages. In addition to their work, they also offer free language classes at Ttáwax̲t.

Center for Indigenous Midwifery

The Center for Indigenous Midwifery and its founder Rhonda Lee Grantham, an Indigenous midwife and herbalist from the Cowlitz Nation, train many of our staff in culturally sensitive midwifery, doula care, birth assistance, and childbirth education.

Transcending Strategies

Transcending Strategies partners with Indigenous nations, governments, donors, and social‑impact innovators to co‑create maternal‑health ecosystems rooted in Indigenous knowledge, relational governance, and systemic transformation. Its founder, Nicolle L. Arthun, supports Ttáwax̲t through board development, board training, and board coaching.

The Management Center

The Management Center works to advance justice and equity in the United States, helping social justice leaders build and run equitable, sustainable, and results-driven organizations. They support Ttáwax̲t through executive coaching and organization management with Court Ruark.

High Point Health Realty

High Point is a healthcare real estate firm that creates spaces that meet the highest standards of healthcare facilities as well as foster a sense of community and well-being. Working with TGB Architects, they are helping us realize our dream of building a Wellness Campus & Birthing Center.
